Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the Claimful marketing website and the merchant-facing protection plan service. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between Claimful and the merchant or visitor using the service. Where a merchant has signed a separate merchant agreement, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Merchant Obligations

A merchant using Claimful must: provide accurate account and checkout data; present the protection plan to its customers truthfully and without misrepresentation; honour refund outcomes determined through the service; and comply with applicable consumer-protection and data-protection law.

4. Fees

Protection fees and any service fees are set out in the merchant's pricing arrangement or signed merchant agreement. Fees are billed as described in that arrangement. Taxes, where applicable, are the merchant's responsibility.

5. Disclaimers

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law
